We do not control the content.
We do not have the ability to remove or modify specific streams permanently from the source servers.

2. Terms of Usage & Liability

By subscribing to Prime8K, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

A. Content Availability While we strive to provide a stable service with 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee that every single channel or VOD (Video on Demand) will be working 100% of the time. Channels may be subject to temporary downtime due to server maintenance, technical updates, or satellite signal failures.

Prime8K is not liable for temporary loss of specific channels.

B. Internet Connection Responsibility IPTV is a streaming protocol that relies heavily on your internet connection.

Buffering: Buffering issues are often caused by the user’s internet speed, high latency, or ISP throttling. Prime8K is not responsible for buffering caused by the client-side network.
Requirement: We recommend a minimum stable speed of 25 Mbps for 4K/FHD streaming.

C. Subscription Usage One subscription is valid for one concurrent connection unless you have purchased a multi-room package. Sharing your account details with others will result in an automatic ban by the server’s anti-fraud system. No refunds will be issued for banned accounts due to misuse.

3. DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification

Prime8K respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Prime8K will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Prime8K service, please submit your notice in writing to our designated Copyright Agent at support@prime8k.com.

Your DMCA Notice must include the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material that you claim is infringing (Specific Channel Name or URL) and needs to be removed.
Your Contact Information: Address, telephone number, and email address.
A Statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
A Statement: “The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Prime8K will forward the request to the relevant third-party server providers and/or remove the link from our portal database.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a digital service. Once the subscription credentials have been sent and activated, we generally do not offer refunds unless the service is completely non-functional for a period exceeding 72 hours, and our support team has failed to resolve the issue.

We strongly recommend users try our Free Trial before purchasing a long-term subscription to ensure compatibility with their device and internet speed.
