Welcome to Prime8K. By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, or using our IPTV services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Prime8K reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Service Description & Usage License
Prime8K grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content through our servers for personal, non-commercial use only.
A. No Re-selling or Re-streaming Unless you are a registered Reseller with a specific Reseller Panel, you are strictly prohibited from re-selling, re-streaming, or distributing our content to third parties. Any attempt to do so will result in an immediate permanent ban without refund.
B. Number of Connections Each subscription allows for one (1) concurrent connection only, unless you have specifically purchased a “Multi-Room” or “Family” package.

Our automated system monitors active connections. If we detect your account being used on more than the allowed number of devices simultaneously, your account will be automatically suspended.
3. Content Nature & Availability (Crucial Disclaimer)
Prime8K acts as a reseller/intermediary for third-party streaming servers. We do not own, host, or control the satellite feeds or video files.

Channel Lineup: The number of channels and VODs (Movies/Series) listed on our website is an estimate. The actual channel lineup may change at any time without notice. Channels may be added or removed by the server owners based on stability and availability.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that every specific channel will be working 100% of the time. Occasional downtime for maintenance or technical issues is normal in the IPTV industry.

Events & Sports: While we strive to provide all major sporting events, we are not liable if a specific match feed is unavailable due to source failure.
4. Technical Requirements & Buffering
To enjoy a smooth streaming experience, the user is responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements.
A. Internet Speed

SD/FHD Content: Requires a minimum stable speed of 15 Mbps.

4K/8K Content: Requires a minimum stable speed of 25-50 Mbps.

Responsibility: Prime8K is not responsible for buffering, freezing, or lag caused by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) throttling your connection, high latency, or weak Wi-Fi signals. We strongly recommend using an Ethernet (LAN) cable for 4K streaming.
B. Device Compatibility It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device (Smart TV, Firestick, Android Box, MAG, etc.) before purchasing a subscription.
5. Payments, Renewals & Refunds
A. Billing All payments are due in advance. We do not offer “pay later” options. Services are activated only after payment confirmation.
B. Refund Policy (Digital Goods) Since we provide a digital service that can be copied/used instantly, we have a strict refund policy:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a refund only if our service is completely non-functional on your device and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.

No Refunds For:

User’s slow internet connection.

User changing their mind after activation.

User not knowing how to set up the device (though we provide support).

Missing specific channels (as channel lineups are subject to change).

6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Common Reasons for Ban:

Using a VPN that is blacklisted (unless approved by support).

Sharing your M3U link/Password publicly or with friends.

Restreaming content to other platforms.

Abusive behavior towards our support staff.
7. Third-Party Links & Apps
Our service may require you to use third-party applications (like IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player, etc.) to view content.

Prime8K has no control over these apps. We are not responsible for any issues, bugs, or payments related to these third-party media players. You use them at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Prime8K, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
